International Postgraduate Symposium 2021


For the last few years, CLS UTHM has collaborated with several international universities through Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) as well as Memorandum of Understanding. Currently, the collaborations involve Universitas Diponegoro (UnDip), Indonesia, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta Indonesia dan China Three Gorges University (CTGU), China.

The signed memorandums have enabled collabrative activities such as publications, academics discussions, webinars and conferences to be jointly organised by the unversities.

CLS has taken the initiative to organise this international symposium that will also serve as a platform for postgraduate students, particularly of these universities, to exhange ideas and get the exposures on issues in related to linguistics and literature.

Objectives

By the end of the symposium, the participants will be

1. able to exhange ideas regarding their postgraudate studies with students of the participating universities.

2. able to present their postgraduate research.
